Sekai Project kündigte während der Otakon 2016 an, die Visual Novel Narcissu 10th Anniversary Anthology unter anderem für die PS Vita zu veröffentlichen. Dabei geht man eine Kooperation mit Limited Run Games ein und veröffentlicht 2017 eine digitale und eine physische Version.
Bei Narcissu handelt es sich um ein im November 2015 erfolgreich finanziertes Kickstarter Project, das insgesamt vier Visual Novels der Reihe umfassen wird. Zero, A Little Iris, Himeko’s Epilogue und das neue Kapitel Sumire beschäftigen sich rund um das Thema Beziehungen zwischen Leben und Tod. Außerdem werden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Schöpfern von Stage-nana neue Stimmen aufgenommen und die Grafikgestaltung verändert.
