Im Interview mit der CVG auf der gamescom hat Shuhei Yoshida Einblicke in die Strategie des Features gegeben. So glaubt der Sony Boss nicht an einen Erfolg von Cross Controller. Grund hierfür liege einfach darin, dass die Menschen keine vier Augen haben, um zwei Bildschirme gleichzeitig verfolgen zu können. Aus diesem Grund fokussiert man sich eher auf das Remote Play Feature.
Du hast den Leuten zu sagen, wann sie auf den Fernseher und wann auf die PS Vita schauen müssen. Aber die Leute haben keine vier Augen, deshalb denke ich, dassdaer Grund ist warum wir uns eher auf Remote Play fokussieren. I mag es, Konsolen-Spiele in meinem Bett auf der PS Vita zu spielen.
