Children of Morta erzählt die Geschichte einer Familie, die Beschützer des Berges Morta, die versuchen herauszufinden, was mit ihrem Gott passiert ist. Denn der Gott des Berges verwandelte in seiner Wut alle Lebewesen in kranke und aufgebrachte Kreaturen

Jedes Familienmitglied wird spielbar sein und hat seine eigenen einzigartigen Fähigkeiten. Auch Items und Tränke können durch Materialien hergestellt werden, die man im Laufe des Abenteuers findet.
