Nekcom’s Titel Dying: Sinner Escape ist ein episodenartiges Spiel, vergleichbar mit The Walking Dead. Es wird von Nekcom zusammen mit einem der Saw-Macher entwickelt. In dem Spiel werden unterschiedliche Charaktere in düstere und albtraumartige Komplexe gesperrt, aus denen sie entkommen müssen. Um den mysteriösen Räumen zu entkommen müssen die Charaktere verschiedene Rätsel lösen, in denen sie sich ihrer eigenen Vergangenheit stellen müssen. Dabei kommen sie den seltsamen Phänomen, die sie alle heimsuchen auf die Spur.
