Wie CCP Games im Zuge der E3 verraten hat, wird die PS Vita lediglich mit einer App für den PS3-exklusiven Free-2-Play-MMO-Ego-Shooter DUST 514 versorgt. Mit DUST 514: Neocom erhalten die PS3-Besitzer eine Art Verwaltungs-Tool, in dem sie Charaktere gestalten, mit anderen kommunizieren und handeln können. Alle Charaktere können dabei angepasst und ausgerüstet werden. Mit zahlreichen Dropsuits, Waffen, Geräten, Modulen und Fahrzeugen können Spieler ihren Helden ausrüsten und Konfigurationen erstellen.
Außerdem werden Social-Features unterstützt. Neben dem In-Game-Mailsystem sowie einer Freundesliste habt ihr die Möglichkeit, im Marktplatz entweder mit ISK (Spielwährung) oder mit Aurum (gekaufte Währung) neue Materialien, Vehicels oder Waffen zu kaufen.
